Car Alarms: Security System on 94 Nissan Altima, nissan altima, negative polarity

I am trying to disable the Security system on our car. We have tried to splice the door lock micro switches together in all the doors and trunk lid. It will not let us start the car. Is there a way to disable the whole system?

Allright, normally, you would insert the key in
the drivers door, turn left, then right
to disarm and reset it. If yours is malfunctioning,
you can disable it for good by doing the following:

The FACTORY ALARM DISARM WIRE IS
green/yellow Located door in the drivers
door harness coming into the car through
the door jamb
|- negative polarity|.

Once Located, splice into this wire with
a simular guage wire, and put it to
a solid chassis ground. This terminates
the OEM alarm functions entirely.

It should in yours as well, if not, you
may have other issues, after market alarm etc...
