Car Alarms: Help with Clifford Alarm, clifford alarms, clifford alarm

Question
I hope you can help.

I have just purchased a car that has a Clifford Arrow 5 installed.

I started it and drove it when it was dropped off without any problems but the alarm was not set at that point.

I locked it up and set the alarm.

When I went back to it, the alarm fob sets and unsets the alarm OK but the the immobiliser seems to still be on.

When I turn the key non of the dash lights illuminate as if it is waiting for me to do something else. I have had alarms in the past where you have to wave something by the dash but I dont seem to have anything like that. I do have a couple of keys that I am unsure of but they are probably nothing to do with the alarm.

I have had these clifford alarms on cars before but never had this problem.

Could the immobiliser be controlled seperatly to the alarm fob and if so can you give me some idea what to look for?

Your help would be most apreciated.

Many thanks

Adrian

Answer
Sorry, I don't do the support for those systems here.

I refer these folks to either my forum
at www.installsupport.com or, I have a
guy at sales@tampacaralarms.com who might be able
to offer some insight. Good guy and he will treat
you right.

Sorry I could'nt be of more service.
