Car Alarms: pursuit car alarm, resident technicians, pursuit car

Question
i bought a new toyota truck and it came with a pursuit car alarm with remote
start, i dont have a manual and the dealership really dont know much about it
but they were the ones that installed it. how can i get a manual?
or how can i learn how it works? it has a toggle switch and looks to be a reset
switch in the truck and a red light that never seems to blink or come on. the
remote swithch has 4 buttons on it, lock, unlock, option key and a green start
key.
can anyone help me out?
