Car Alarms: Viper Car Alarm no longer unlock my doors, viper car alarm, appropiate button

My viper car alarm no longer unlock my doors when pressing the appropiate button.  This started after I removed the fuse to clear my 'check engine' light.  I've done this before in the past and never had a problem until this time...any help would be greatly appreciated.  I purchased this viper some 9 years ago and this is the first time I've had problems with it.
