Car Alarms: Cleaning battery connections, python alarm system, battery connections

Question
I'm the second owner of a PT Cruiser equiped with a Python alarm system. No owners manual. I need to clean my battery terminals, will disconnecting them disable the alarm system?  If I,m real carefull and use a battery charger on the pos and neg cables to keep them energized while I clean the terminals will this keep the alarm system in opperation?

Oooop! You must have
missed the big yellow button on the
ALLXPERTS site. I don't supply that
service. You have the
wrong guy here. I don't
provide support for DEI equipment or they're
clientel. Too many people have been asking
for the service they should be providing, and
I won't do they're job here any longer.
