Car Alarms: Chrysler Voyager, car alarm installation, chrysler voyager

My alarm pad has stopped working even after replacing the battery in it but the car started and run okay until the battery was removed for a gear box replacement.Since then the voyager will not turn over and the alarm light on the dash is flashing every time i switch the ignition on.Can u give me any advice on how ican get round the imobiliser.Regaurds,Mark.
