Car Alarms: viper alrm makes no sound, valet mode, viper 350hv

i have a viper 350HV, on my mazda 626 96' the locks open and close when i push the button but it makes no sound and the security light stays on when its locked. i've had this problem be for and i was trying to find the ansewer you guys told me, sumthin about programin or valet mode sumthin.

Wrong guy here. I don't
supply support for DEI equipment or they're
clientel. Too many people have been asking
for the service they should be providing, and
