Car Alarms: Facotry Keyless alarm keeps arming itself, car battery, bad car

Question
I have an 03 G35 when I push the lock button on the keyless remote the horn sounds indicating the car is locked. It keeps doing that over & over on its own. When I called the dealership they said it's either a bad car battery or hood switch. I replaced the Car battery last night and it still does it. If it is the hood switch can I buy one somewhere other than the dealership? or maybe something else could be causing it, Any ideas?

I would take it into a deslership simply to verify
that is the trouble. Too many variables to make
that determination until inspected.

I can't make a guess at it like that.
Have them simply locate the trouble, then shop
it at a parts store if you like to save some money.
