QuestionI just purchased a 1992 Mercedes 190E 2.0 (incredible cars, by the way - this is my third, you get over 200k miles on each vehicle on the same clutch and no major repairs) and it's come with a fitted and working immobiliser. The remote is rectangular black moulded plastic with four rubber keys on the front labelled I, II, III & IV.
On the car dash there is the usual red light and, beside it, a spring-loaded black rocker switch (unlabeled) which may be related.
Is there any way I can find out how to use this device? I have found out how to lock and unlock the car doors, but otherwise am a bit confused by the options and don't want to start pressing the wrong buttongs!
