Car Alarms: Compustar Alarm on my integra behaving very odd, valet mode, compustar alarm

I have a 97 Integra with a compustar alarm (2WAMR remote). It worked fine for the past couple of years. But recently its been acting very odd. One afternoon it was armed in my driveway, I went to disarm it a few hours later and as I approached the car I noticed the LED wasnt flashing. I pressed the unlock button on my remote and nothing happend. The remote was not being recognized. So I opened the door with my key and the alarm went off. I couldnt turn it off !!! I had to put my key in the ignition and turn it 5 times and thats when the alarm shut off. And after that my remotes stopped working, I couldnt reprogram them, but the remotes are fine because I tested them on a friends car afterwards. Then another day randomly I pressed a button on the remote, the alarm went into Valet mode and began working fine again. A day or two later, the same thing happend again. Alarm was armed, I approached the car, LED not blinking, opened the door with my key and alarm goes off. This has happend 3 or 4 times now with the exact same symptoms. I took it to the dealer, we replaced the brain and Antenna, but still the same problem. I'm baffled and its getting very annoying. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Well if the dealer does not help, move up the food
chain and ask for some support from manufacturer.

I don't sell they're product, so you know more
on this one then I do. But logically, it's best
to get help from the horses mouth.
