Car Alarms: lost/alternate remote, push button switch, karr alarm

Question
Here's the situation. The button on the valet switch is broken. I took the casing apart and crossed the two leads and now the light stays red. Great. I have an extra remote from another vehicle that has a "Karr" alarm. Can the extra remote be programmed to work for this car. Once it is programmed I will lose the bypass/valet option until I jump the leads again? I will visit a local electronics shop and solder in another push button switch. Can you help with the programming of the remote?

Thank you,

James

Answer
THIS IS AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE TO YOUR INQUIRY
ABOUT "PROGRAMMING"
TRANSMITTERS.

Unfortunately, you must have missed the
note I left at ALLEXPERTS.com about this.
As it said clearly on the website:

"PLEASE TAKE NOTE!!
I do not provide remote transmitter
programming information here!"

I will double check to make sure the
note is still there or, needs to be enlarged
so my visitors will actually read it.

So, if I am mistaken, my sincere apollogies.

Please try a site like www.keylessride.com.
www.remotesunlimited.com , or www.remotes4you.com ,
or even the service department at your local
vehicle dealership.

Good luck with it.
