Car Alarms: cant turn alarm off, cobra alarm, batterys

Question
last nite i turned alarm on using the fob then two hours later the fog wouldnt work the batterys were going dead lately so i changed the batteries but this did nothing to help me at all any ideas have cobra alarm

Not certain about Cobra systems.
But it appears to have lost programming.
Try the manual for reprogramming,
or the website, or possibly your
car alarm seller for the procedure to
reset the remotes.

Wish I had more to offer, but I don't
know the procedures they use.
