Car Alarms: 2003 Durango, Alarm wont turn off, key fobs, oem systems

Question
First,when you arm the system with the remote, the alarm would sound for 5 continues seconds.  Now both key fobs do not work.  I checked the batteries, fine.  They will only unlock the drivers door.  BUT, now the alarm (Horn) is steady.  I had to remove the horn relay to make it stop.  When the alarm first stuck in the on position, the lights where flashing as well.

Answer
The malfuntion is something Dodge needs to inspect here.
Not alot I can advise on OEM systems save to go back
to the dealer for service and explaination.

Sorry, it's not something you could fix yourself I am afraid.
