Car Alarms: Micro Alarm Deluxe Keyless System DLR4, electric door locks, dodge ram slt

I have installed the DLR4 on my 1994 Dodge Ram SLT 2500.  It has factory electric door locks.  I attached the DLR4 and programmed the remotes just as the instructions stated.  The unit works, light come on where remote lock is clicked & off when unlock is clicked.  The door locks do not work.  The lock work by using the buttons on the doors.  Thank you for your help in advance

Your door lock system in this year truck
is called 5 wire reverse. I don't believe
the DLR4 by iteself can do it. The DLR4HD
has the relays built in for it though.

Have a look at www.relayhelp.com to see the
relay application.

You will probably need 2 relays and sockets
to make that one work.
