Car Alarms: Clifford Alarm System, clifford alarm system, 12 volt

Question
Clifford RPN 479 V/P/C with electric start. The remote will not disengage the alarm which does not let me disarm the alarm which does not let me turn on the vehicle. Im able to get into the truck but the alarm is going off the whole time. I tried to restart the alarm and berly turn the key to reset and then tried to arm and swtich the key back and forth but that didnt work I need help? thanks.
