Car Alarms: how to disarm or take out acura legend alarm system, 1993 acura legend, acura legend

how do you disarm or remove a 1993 acura legend's alarm system?
i posted a few questions concerning my alarm which just sounded and wont shut off for nothing..i tried taking out the battery and putting it back in nothing wont help..the only result is resetting removing or disarming the alarm system. its a factory alarm system so it may be tricky but any info you have would be greatly appreciated

Ok, to disarm, locate the green/red wire |-|
at the GOLD BLOCK NEAR DOOR LOCK MODULE.
The door lock module and factory anti-theft mounted
together between column and center console above the
accelerator pedal.

Once located, ground this wire & that's it.
You've disabled the factory alarm.
