my clifford concept immobiliser is jammed on and i cant get it off and i cant start my car.


Answer
The Clifford Immobilizer systems are normally configured in a way that if the system is disconnected the vehicle will not start.  

There are two ways you can bypass this, the first is to enter the proper code on the valet switch.  If your system  is 'jammed' then this may not work.

The second would be to remove the system.  This would require finding the wires that were cut and run to the Clifford system.  You would need to find these wires and reconnect them to the factory wires.  Be sure to take your time and insulate all connections.
