It is headlight flashing, and horn honking, along with the flashing 'security' in the dash....

-----Question-----
My factory alarm(?) will go off any time the car is locked after I've disconnected the battery.  Then I keep having to take my car to the dealership and have them reset me.  They said I have a Valet Switch that I have to reset, but I can't find the valet switch under my dash.  I have a 2004 Ford Mustang, and I'd like to be able to reset it myself instead taking the time at the dealer....  How do I find the switch and what does it look like?
-----Answer-----
Please tell me what you are experiencing.

I need to determine whether it's a factory alarm
issue or, if it's an aftermarket system you are
dealing with.

Many veriables on this vehicle &
I Require a bit more imput please.

Is it: Headlights flashing, car horn honking
and a worded SECURITY" light in the dash flashing?
Or,
is it: flashing parking lights,
an LED in the dash area, and a siren
going off?

Let me know more on this to better
advise you on a course of action
to take, to help you to fix this
situation you're in quickly.

Answer
Interesting. Not sure what Ford is talking about then.
A valet is for aftermarket systems. I don't know of
an OEM system that has one, so this is a new one on me.

If they have a reset switch, you need them to tell you how to do it. If it was an aftermarket system that would
be one thing, but in this case, they need to help you get through it.

Sorry about that.
