Car Alarms: Constant to Momentary output, momentary output, forum page

I need to change a constant 12 v (+)  to a Momentary 12 v (+)  output.  Can
this
be done using relays?  Are there other ways to do this?  Thank you for any help
you can provide!

No, not that I know of.
The "pulsed" output has to come
from the keyless/alarm system.

But I don't know everything. There may be a way.
