how do you bypass alarm on a 94 chrysler LHS this also
disables the ing. please help!

Your factory alarm can be disarmed with the remote control, or by using a key in either of the front doors to unlock.  If the drivers side keys witch is not disarming the alarm, unlock the vehicle using the passenger side door until you can have the vehicle looked at.  When you unlock the door with a key, it sends a ground to the lt.green/orange 20ga wire in either kick panel, which disarms the alarm.  Grounding this wire may prevent the alarm from arming, but it also may cause other unwanted problems.
