Car Alarms: Ford F350 Turbo Timer - Door Unlocks, ford f350, turbo timer

Hello,
I have a F350 with a turbo timer.  When I engage the turbo timer, it works great.  Shuts the engine down after 2 mins like I set it; however, the truck then unlocks the doors as it thinks I am just getting out of the truck.  Is it possible to trick the truck into NOT unlocking the doors as I don't like INVITING someone ELSE into entering the truck for anything they might like to aquire for themselves?

Sounds as if the connections
made for the turbo timer might be wrong.
I can't be certain because you did not tell
me the year, but there is a signal being sent
to the door locks from the timer obviousley,
and does it EACH time you set the TT.

Please tell me what is connected, and to
what wire in the truck so I can
consider/formulate a fix if possible.

May be as easy as a diode on the trigger from
the timer to the truck.
