Car Alarms: immobiliser, ford transponder, transponder data

Question
i have a mustang year 2000 and have lost my alarm fob so i can get into the car but cant start it,is it possible to bypass the immobiliser to allow me to drive for repair

Answer
The only ways to do that is to get another key programmed,
or get the Mustang KEYLESS bypass module:

XK04 - Platform 04: Upgradeable FORD
Transponder Data Override
Firmware: PKFORD 2.00
(64.50 + shipping)

That when put to a constant ground, will
bypass the immobilizer for good. You can then
get so keys made at the local harware store
to use in the ignition.

But best really, is to have Ford program
2 new keys for you to retain the
security aspects of the Ford Pats system,
But it's your call though of course.

I can supply it if need be.

So there are your choices.
I hope it cleared up this a bit
for you.

Regards.
