How can I reset my factory alarm on my eclipse 2001 it's the control is not working how can I reset the control
-----Answer-----
Please tell me what you are experiencing.

I need to determine whether it's a factory alarm
issue or, if it's an aftermarket system you are
dealing with.

Many veriables on this vehicle &
I Require a bit more imput please.

Is it: Headlights flashing, car horn honking
and a worded SECURITY" light in the dash flashing?
Or,
is it: flashing parking lights,
an LED in the dash area, and a siren
going off?

Let me know more on this to better
advise you on a course of action
to take, to help you to fix this
situation you're in quickly.

Answer
No unfortunately, you will probably
have to run into the local Mitsubishi
dealer and have them re program it.

There is a procedure to be sure, but
none that you can do yourself.

Sorry, sometimes the answers are not
what you wanted to hear, but it's what
I know.

Good luck with it.
