Car Alarms: 98 Camry XLE Alarm, camry xle, brain box

Question
I just purchased a 98 Camry and brought the car home last night.  After locking the car, the alarm goes off a couple of minutes after I get into the house.  I've read the answers in this forum and do not see any type of reset button in the dash area.  This is a problem because now I'm afraid to lock my car because the alarm might go off.  Any suggestions as to how I might fix this problem?

Look under the dash stuart, probably next to
the left leg area for the valet overide switch.
Because if it does not exist in the car, you will
either need to get one, then disarm it that way,
or pull the brain box, and replace or dicontinue use
of the present system alltogether, and start fresh.
