I needed to replace the main fuse holders to the power source. I replaced them and re connected them only to find that the truck doesn't start, the relays click louder than before, the lights don't come on when activating the alarm or deactivating, the door openers are slow in opening and closing. I am lost , i only disconnected the wires and replaced the fuse holders, I hope you can help me, frustrated and stressed. thankyou, ps, the fuse holders have 30 amp fuses each 2

Try this:

Turn the ignition key to the run position, pull the fuses and replace them after a few seconds.

What prompted the need to replace the fuse holders?

Answer
You need to find out why the fuse holder was melting first.  If it was melting, there is too large a draw on the wire and this must be addressed.

It is possible the unit is in valet mode, however I did not mention this as a possibility because you stated your lights are not flashing.  Valet mode will still flash the lights confirming lock and unlock.
