-----Question-----
I have a 2000 town and country. My wife was driving it and the alarm set light came on and she lost all gauges. The next morning the car won't start. Is this an alarm issue? I tried jump starting it and there is nothing . It is a factory alarm.
-----Answer-----
No sir, this is NOT an alarm issue.
Sounds as if the body control module is bad.
I strongly suggest a visit to the Dodge/Chrysler dealer
for complete inspection. That could
cause a major accident if left un attended.

I hope you get this fixed
soon!

ALARMTEK.

Answer
The BCM is just that. ALL electrical operations of
the vehicle go through this box. I know
the idea of dealing with this is not
very cool, but from what you've said, it's more
likely you will need a certified DODGE/CHRYSLER
tech in there to make sure of just what
is happening to cause your issues.
