Car Alarms: Ungo alarm, fcc id, olds bravada

I have a Ungo alarm installed on my 1996 Olds Bravada, I purchased the alarm in Dec. of 1999, is there any way to get a product manuel without knowing the mo. # "Spenc"

I have no idea about Ungo manuals here, but to
identify what you have, use the FCC ID# on the
back of the remote, and go to www.REMOTESUNLIMITED.com
or www.AUTOTECHS.com and you should be able to locate it.
