Car Alarms: car alarm and keyless entry help, reverse polarity, kia rio

Question
Hi, i have a 2004 kia rio, it has manual locks and i am trying to convert them to keyless entry locks.  i also bought a car alarm.  i installed most of it myself, then got some help from an expert. it is a commando car alarm keyless entry combo 520-S. The locks lock and unlock at the same time so i know they are working right.  the car alarm works too.  The only thing that doesn't work is the keyless entry.  when i use the remote to unlock or lock the doors, nothing happens. i have been trying to figure this out forever, and i don't know what else to do.  i hooked up the brown wire to the green wire and the blue wire to the white wire like they said and i have no idea what to do next. please help me!

Answer
OK, let's start here.  You say the locks lock and unlock at the same time, are you saying that they immediately unlock after locking?

How did you wire up the relays into the door locks?  Here is a link to how they should be hooked up http://www.the12volt.com/doorlocks/page3.asp#arp (actuators/reverse polarity).

I do not have an installation manual for a commando car alarm so the wire colors are not going to be of any assistance.  With the diagram in that link, it is using two relays to drive door lock actuators activated by an external negative trigger.  Most systems that do not have internal door lock relays would use this type of wiring.  If your system has internal relays than you would be hooking it up differently, and I would need a manual to be of further assistance.
