Car Alarms: precision 200 plus/2004 ford Ranger, ford ranger 4x4, ford ranger

Hi, On a 2004 ford ranger 4x4  door triger wire (driver side,yellow/blk) do I use the green wire from the alarm (-) Pin 14 and Diode Isolate.

While waiting, try the positive door trigger which is
a blu/black wire in a harness next (right) to the gas pedal
and use the violet (+) door trigger instead of the green.

Should cover the doors.
