Car Alarms: black widow model bw2800, system key, maam

my alarm key doesn't preform the way it is suppose to anymore.  when i go to activate it, it should chirp, as well as the park lights blinking as well as when i go to deactivate it, it should also do this. can you be of help as to what i can do to get it the way it use to work?  now all it does is my park lights just blink and that's it, no chirpps or anything else.  i do have the ignition kill also. or should i say can you assist me in getting my alarm system key and the alarm system to work properly once again.  could you maybe assist in a manual for me and put it through on adobe reader in pdf form?  i await patiently for you response.  thank you much.

Sorry maam, but I do not supply manuals here.
You would need to contact a Black Widow dealer for this info. It sounds as if it's in valet/overide mode,
but since I do not sell this item, you would
need to contact someone who does for assistance here.
