Car Alarms: mazda car alarm, fcc id, mazda car

We purchased a 1999 Mazda Protege with a car alarm.  We have no information about the system.  On the remote it says K-9 on the front (3 buttons) on the back it has ATV; Omega R & D inc. 103 & a FCC ID #.  The alarm system automatically locks all doors when you get out, I would like to change the settings so you have to push a button on the remote to lock the doors or disconnect the system.  Do you know how to change the settings or a phone # where I can request a manual on this system.  Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know why I got 7 of the same questions here?
But in any event, This is made by OMEGA. and you will need
to get a technician to re set the system to turn
off the passive arming, and go to active.
This will mean you MUST press the button or the system will not arm. You can locat a technician for omega at
www.caralarm.com , or try my friends at www.autotechs.com .
I think they still sell it there.
