Car Alarms: Astra 777 built in parking light relay, jumper selection, brain box

I got Astra 777 to put on my car. It has built in parking light relay (+/-) on it. I plug Astra 777(White wire with fuse) into my car's parking light wire(+). Astra 777 shows 12V once when I arm, but when I disarm, Astra 777 shows 12V twice and keep showing 12V forever. Does this Astra 777 have problem? or is it just my wiring problem? I did jumper selection to positive. I have to think about return this product when this is problem of products. Therefore, please tell me anything about it please. Thank you very much.

Put the Jumpers back into original condition.
You may have a faulty system. Contact SCYTEK,
(Phone: (800) 693-7505) and go over the trouble
you are having with the technician there.

They will tell you what to do and where to
send in the brain box if there is a problem,
or help fix it for you on the phone.
