Car Alarms: AC Delco Alarm for GM, original equipment manufacturer, chevy lumina

Question
I have a 92 Chevy Lumina with an AC Delco GM alarm system. There was a wire hanging from under the dash on the driver side with a little light on it got yanked out on accident and now you can't start the car because the system is disabling the starter. I need to find someone who will fix it or take the entire thing out. The chevy dealer in town won't touch it and neither will any other place I've called. I tried to get a schematic for it from GM, but it's out of print.

Any suggestions of where I could go for help?

Answer
I wish I could assist you but unfortunately I deal
only with aftermarket systems here. This is an OEM
(ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER) item and I have
no clue other then to your local mechanic who
knows GM cars. I know the GM dealers are useless,
and it's frustraiting, but I have nothing for
you to go on for this unit.

I am sorry about that.
I suggest asking this question in my Q&A
forum  www.installsupport.com . Maype one
of the "wireheads" that frequent the site will
be able to help some.  Good luck.
