Car Alarms: oem theft security, chevrolet malibu, theft security

Question
i have a 1999 chevrolet malibu and i just installed an alarm that worked great but the starter kill was trouble. i guess it has a built in security, i didnt find a module so i guess its in the computer thats why  i didnt put an oem bypass. now i guess the fuel pump doesnt work and i think i need to reprogramm it do you know how to do that. oh and i was wondering if you knew how to program a new oem remote to a built in alarm for a chevrolet, 2003 silverado.

Answer
Starter kill is not necessary in this car because
of PASSLOCK II in the ignition column. I do not have
GM OEM programing instructions. You will need to go up
to the local dealer to get you out of it. And again
the silverado has the same issues (PASSLOCK II) and I
can't help with that or the reprograming of a GM
security system.

Sorry about that, but it's a GM issue.

Good luck with it.
