Car Stereos: No Sound, factory speakers, steering wheel

I just replaced my stock HU on a Toyota Tacoma w/ the JBL package.  I purchased a JBL converter harness so I could retain my factory speakers and sub.  Once I got everything hooked up and back in place, it all worked except the audio.  It is strange b/c everything has power and works including the steering wheel controls and the video bypass.  Have you got any suggestions?

Hi Alex,

Being that you bought the harness and your video bypass and steering wheel controls work, it sounds like you missed a simple wire somewhere.  My guess would be the amp turn on wire, which will be blue coming out of the aftermarket deck.  My guess is the factory amp isn't being turned on, and thus, you're getting no audio at all.
