I recently detailed this car. Since the detailing there is distortion in the rear speakers. Is it possible some moisture entered the speakers? If so, is there an easy fix, or are the speakers "done"?

Yes it's possible moisture got into the speakers.  Whether or not that means they're pooched remains to be seen.

Your best bet is to remove the door panel, remove the speakers, and place them magnet side down on a towel for a while (overnight would be best) preferably in a warm dry room.

If that doesn't fix them, then worry about replacement, but speakers are generally pretty resilient when it comes to moisture unless they're the cheap paper factory ones, but you'll be able to tell that pretty quickly.
