Hi Esteban,

The more expensive ones come with tweeters and crossovers.  That's why there's such a price difference.

They'll likely sound the same as far as sheer volume goes, the more expensive ones will have more highs because of the tweeters, and sound better if set up properly thanks to the crossovers.
