Car Stereos: fuse for CD player, fuse panel, 2005 toyota corolla

This question is elementary but . . . I have 2005 Toyota Corolla, I need to replace the fuse for CD player, radio, etc.  It is in under hood fuse panel but I can't seem to figure out how to open the box to get to the fuses.  I feel stupid asking but got very frustrated trying to get it open.  Hope you can help and Happy 2010.

Diane,  Normally, there is a tab that sticks down from the lid.  It goes through a slot on the base and clips the lid on tight.  If you reach below the slot, and push the tab in, you should be able to pull the lid right off, easily.  Let me know if you need any further assistance.  Hope this helps, Scott
