Car Stereos: 1996 Tahoe Stereo, connector pins, aftermarket radio

It keeps pwering off.  Can hear clicks in the dash area and pops in the speakers.  The clock and everything goes.  Only seems to happen when it's warm or when I have the heater running.  Have checked all the fuses I can find.

Harold,  GM has a problem with the rear connector pins coming loose from the circuit board inside the radio.  There is no easy fix for the problem.  Either you buy an aftermarket radio with the features you want or you have the connector repaired, which is about the same cost.  Hope this helps, Scott
