Will a double din cd player one of the touchscreens fit in a 2002 chevy cavalier z24

You can certainly fit a double-DIN head unit into the 2000+ Cavalier.  The main obstacle is the depth of the radio cavity; it will probably be necessary to cut out the plastic at the rear of the opening to get more space. Also, you'll probably have better results with a head unit that uses a fixed touchscreen and CD slot, rather than a full-sized touchscreen on a motorized face.  

There are mounting kits made for this application that will make the installation easier; a double-DIN option is included with Metra's 99-2003 kit, and American International also makes a double-DIN kit: GM-K422.
