Answer
Hi Josh,

The factory amplifier is located high up in the passenger-side kick panel area, behind the glove box.  I haven't had to get to one of these amps, so I can't tell you how accessible it is.  You might have an easier time finding the speaker wires you need at some other part of the vehicle.  If you're adding an amplifier for subs, then it should be pretty easy to find the wires at the Rockford subwoofer box.

In your car, the rear speakers and front tweeters are driven directly from the head unit, and the front door speakers and subs are driven by the amplifier.  If you're trying to connect a full-range amplifier, then you'll probably want to connect your LOC to the rear speaker wires behind the head unit; if you're connecting a subwoofer amp, then the factory subwoofer wires are ideal.

The Rockford subwoofer is a dual voice coil design, and will have four wires running to it.  The wire colors are gray (+) and red/blue (-) for one coil, and gray/red (+) and red (-) for the other coil.  (In this I'm going from a wiring information resource, not from personal testing; so if you don't get good results you might want to switch the (+) and (-) connections on one of your LOC channels).

Hope this helps!
