i have been having problems with my amp power wire fuse blowing so i replaced the power wire because i found two bad spots in the wire. well after that my rockford fosgate 500.2 started popping amp fuses and not the power wire fuses so i replaced all the wires ground rca and remote still popping so pulled the amp and put in a different vehicle wired it all up and it popped someones else's power wire fuse in another vehicle so i took the top off blew it out and wired it back up in my car and still doin the same thing and when it blows the fuses it donsn't do it right off the bat its about 2 or 3 seconds after it starts playin and when the bass is about to hit it blows.

Adam,  It sounds like there is some internal damage to the amp.  If the power wire was shorting out previously, it may have caused a resistor or capacitor to short inside the amp.  You should take it in and have it checked out.  It will take them about a half hour to do a diagnostic check on it, then about a half hour to repair.  The cost will be about $100, and your problems will be over.  Hope this helps, Scott
