Can you wire a subwoofer to the factory amp?

Hi Jim,

The easy answer to your question is no.

I mean, you likely could, but it wouldn't be worth the work, you'd likely have to do some funky wiring to keep the impedance within range, or remove other speakers, and factory amplifiers never have enough push to run a subwoofer anything worth listening to anyway.

Half decent amps aren't that expensive -- I'd suggest going that route instead.
