Question
i got a 1998 nissan pathfinder i took out the stock cd
player to install a aftermaket cd player once that was
installed it did not come on i unstalled and re installed
the stock one and i noticed if the antenna is not plugged it
will not power on also so is there anyway to avoid that
seeing that the attena will not fit the aftermaket cd player

Hi Cody,

The power coming through the antenna seems very odd.

In any event, you will need to buy an antenna adapter to make it work on the new stereo.  They're only $15 or so.

And if you have the Bose system, make sure you pick up the factory integration adapter.
