Car Stereos: display turns on, but cd and radio do not, right speaker, second time

I had pulled out the non factory deck because the right speaker kept cutting out to check wires, and had everything dangling out and was able to still play.  BUt the second time I pulled it out something happened and the power wont turn on. It still has power(the display button turns display on and the eject/load still works).  All the wires seem to still be connected.  DO you have any ideas?

The problem that was causing the speaker to stop working to begin with was a loose connector into the radio.  The second time you pulled out the radio, you put just enough stress on the plug that it came totally loose.  It will need to be removed and repaired, or a buy a new unit.  Hope this helps, Scott
