Car Stereos: 2000 cavalier z24, 2000 cavalier z24, retaining clip

The speaker in my right door is blown in my '00 cavalier z24. what's the easiest way to get the door panel off to get to it?

I don't know the 2000 Z24 specifically, but I have done models *like* it.

First, if it has manual windows, you need to remove the retaining clip holding the window roller in place.  The best way to do that is to take a cloth, and place the middle of an edge under the roller where it meets the door.  Rub the cloth back and forth to release the retaining clip.  Then you'll need to remove any screws in the door (usually behind a cover near the handle, and near the arm rest.)

Once it's loose, pull the door upwards and it should come mostly off.  Then you can see behind to see what's still holding.

Replace the speaker, and do everything in the reverse order to put it back.
