Car Stereos: Jammed Cd PLayer, kai tang, bose sound system

I recently made a new CD compilation for my car stereo. It is an MP3 CD and my BOSE sound system actually supports MP3. And when i placed it in the dash just comes up with (CD READING..) but it dosnt load so i guess it is jammed. Are there any methods on what i can do to get the cd out?
The head unit is a BOSE for the RX8 and im guessing you know it is a built in head unit/panel. So its even more of an headache as i cant just take the thing out! please help!!

Hello Kai Tang.

Im afraid that if there is a mechanical problem with the radio its neccessary to take the unit off to be serviced, the only way i know to take cds like that without damaging even more the mechanics inside the unit its to take apart the radio. So you still have to take it off.
