Auto Racing: nascar, fabric tape, answer asap

where can i find nascar tape the wider stuff they use on the race cars??????

I am not sure where the individual teams get their tape from. I do know several team members and I will ask them. At our wind tunnel, we use 2" and 3" wide fabric tape that we call 200 mph tape. I cannot remember the name of it right off hand, but I'll check tomorrow and send you another answer ASAP.

Well, I was just reading back through my notes an found that I neer answered your questions. I am sorry. Just do an internet search on "speed tape" or "racing tape". you will find a multitude of answers.
