Is there a way you can convert a stock dual turbo system from a junk yard car to work properly on your stock non-turbo/supercharged car without having to change engine internals?

Answer
Yes, you can decrease the amount of boost rendered from the turbo's and install some sort of piggy back controller to increase your fuel amounts to satisfy your A/F ratio's. If you find a strong enough vacuum source, the waste gate for the turbo's will activate at a lower PSI. I am assuming this is on a 3000GT/Stealth platform?
