Auto Racing: set up for stock cars & terms, stock car racing, stock cars

hi, were would i find a book or something to help me set up my stock car.  also i do'nt know what the terms mean.

Believe it or not, there is a book published called "Idiot's guide to Stock Car Racing".  It should cover most of the basics and at the very least get you vocabulary up to speed.  After that, I'd reccomend any of the books authored by Steve Smith.  They are more technical, but still quite easy to read,
